☆ Rental Rates ☆
rate is up to 5 people including the photographer (excluding the dance room)
○$65 per hour booked
○$20 off when you book two+ hours
contact us to book all the available suites in one session!Rental Includes :
○ full use of the suite that was requested
○ usage of props and furniture available in the studio
○ use of changing room if needed
○ use of lighting and photography/video accessories available in the studio
○ small amenities for costume and wig fixesrental does not include photographer

☆Terms of Service☆
please be respectful of our studio space, our sets, and our neighbors
visibly marked cameras are in the lobby area and dance studio for security purposes○ a deposit of $25 is due at time of booking. the balance due for booking is due in full the day before booked date 10:00pm cst
○ the time booked in the studio includes the time you arrive into the studio, set up, shoot, clean up, and exit the studio
○ please be respectful of our neighbors, keep hallways and lobby respectful and quiet
○ all furntiure and studio props must be returned to the original location and orientation in which the set was placed.
renter will be subjected to a $100 cleaning/repair fee in the instance that the suites are not returned to its original state (unclean, broken/stolen furnture or borrowed props & accessories)
○ shoes can be worn inside, but we ask that they must be cleaned or removed when walking/standing on rugs and furniture
○ food and beverages are permitted upon prior noticeIsekai Inspired reserves the right to refuse any and/or all its services to any client without giving any reason or explanation thereto, and cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for such refusal
